Castlefrank Elementary School

. Castlefrank ES has approximately 325 students in JK to grade 3 enrolled in the Regular English Program and Early French Immersion Program. Castlefranks staff are dedicated to life-long learning; constantly upgrading their skills by taking part in after-school workshops, summer courses, and curriculum development work shops through out the year. Our classes included an LLD class as well as lots of outdoor education, starting in Kindergarten with a strong forest school component.Working together teachers plan and update units of study for classroom use. Ideal candidates will support the fulfillment of the Ottawa-Carleton District School Boards (OCDSB) Strategic Plan to enhance the quality of education in the school, and the District, by creating a positive and inclusive school climate, learning and workplace environment. Candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and respectfully, with a human rights and equity perspective, to foster student success, achievement and well-being.

Occasional Teachers are eligible to apply for Long Term Occasional postings for which they are qualified.
