Finance Lead – Strategic Role in a Growing Manufacturing SME (Ville St-Laurent) A growing manufacturing company in Greater Montreal, now part of an international group, is looking for a Finance Lead to take over a key leadership role during a period of digital transformation and international integration. Reporting directly to the President and working closely with the Group CFO (based in Europe), the Finance Lead will oversee the full finance and accounting function, act as a strategic partner, and contribute to data‑driven decision‑making across the company. This is a rare opportunity combining the agility of an SME with the structure of a global group. Key Responsibilities Oversee full‑cycle accounting and financial statements Manage budgets, cash flow, and working capital Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI) Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements (Canada & international) Supervise payroll, AR/AP, and month‑end processes Contribute to financial forecasting and scenario planning Support the ERP/tech evolution of finance tools Supervise a small admin/finance team What We’re Looking For 7–10 years experience in finance/accounting roles Background in manufacturing SMEs Strong Excel and ERP skills (bonus: Power BI, Notixia) Leadership and autonomy in a high‑responsibility role Fluent in both French and English CPA designation is an asset but not required Perks & Conditions Competitive salary ($85K–$100K) + performance‑based bonus Full benefits (dental, health, disability, life insurance – 50% employer‑paid) Some hybrid work possibility after onboarding Bonus based on company + personal performance This is a high‑impact role at the heart of a stable company with a solid history and a growing international presence.
