Your role
The Principal is part of the Business Units leadership team for the Eastern Ontario Business Unit and is responsible to align and implement the company's priorities and initiatives.
As a people leader, you are responsible for attracting, retaining, motivating, and inspiring a team of Project Leaders.
ResponsibilitiesLeadership
- Responsible for attracting, retaining, motivating, and inspiring our talented Project Professionals and ensuring all team members have the necessary qualifications, training, and experience.
- Execute performance management deliverables such as coaching and mentoring direct reports, providing constructive feedback (360 review) and inspiration for them to achieve their desired career ambitions.
- Report the status of key projects, risks, and opportunities in a timely and accurate manner to the Vice President of Toronto.
- Support and implement our corporate strategy and initiatives.
- Review and update accounts and YTD sales progress in Connect.
- Effectively manage client relationships leveraging the Account Management Program.

- Participate and present a unified company voice within the local business community, through networking, and active participation to help grow the business, increase market identity, and recruit the best talent.
