We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator for one of our prime clients to manage truck scaling, ticketing, and coordination at active work sites. This role is key to maintaining accurate records, ensuring on‑time deliveries, and supporting a strong culture of safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Weigh and ticket trucks accurately. Track material and dump loads; process COD transactions. Communicate with dispatch to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Maintain logs, reconcile sales, and assist with office tasks. Promote and uphold safety standards at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in construction, scaling, or logistics preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, or similar tools. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.
