About The Company Join a fast-growing, remote-first performance marketing agency helping creators, newsletters, and e-commerce brands acquire and monetize audiences they own. In just 18 months, we’ve built a reputation for delivering high-quality subscribers and scaling campaigns with measurable ROI. Your Role You’ll sit at the intersection of research, copywriting, and performance marketing. Success means uncovering insights, writing hooks that stop the scroll, and delivering creative briefs that fuel ads designed to convert. Responsibilities Research audience motivations, objections, and language Develop creative strategies that drive measurable results Write hooks, scripts, and direct-response ad copy Create clear briefs for editors and designers Analyze campaign data to refine angles and messaging Collaborate with founder and creative team on strategy Present insights and rationale on select client calls You Bring Portfolio of direct-response ads with proven results Copywriting chops across hooks, benefits, and CTAs Familiarity with UGC, advertorials, unboxings, POV ads Analytical mindset linking data to creative direction Comfort in a fast-paced, startup environment DTC or newsletter growth experience (preferred, not required) Bonus Points Experience presenting creative ideas to clients Background in B2C, newsletters, or e-commerce campaigns Prior agency experience in direct-response advertising Why You\'ll Love This Role ~$70,000–$80,000 USD/year, based on experience Fully remote role with async-friendly collaboration Direct impact on high-profile creator economy campaigns Growth opportunities with mentorship from leadership Unlimited PTO aligned with U.S. norms Performance-based bonus potential Interview Process Application review – portfolio and background check Intro chat – 30 minutes on experience + approach Portfolio deep dive – showcase best-performing ads Case study – short copywriting exercise Culture interview – pace, style, communication alignment Offer – join the team 📅 Apply by October 15, 2025 👉 Send us your resume & portfolio today #J-18808-Ljbffr
