Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Electrical Estimator based in the Calgary area. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing accurate cost estimates for residential, commercial, and multi-family electrical projects. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, interpreting blueprints, conducting site visits as needed, and collaborating closely with project managers and clients. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of materials, labor costs, and relevant regulatory requirements within the electrical industry. What We're Looking For We’re seeking an experienced leader who brings both technical expertise and strategic insight. This individual will play a pivotal role in optimizing our estimating structure, improving efficiency, and driving best practices within the department. The ideal candidate excels in detailed cost estimation, takes initiative in mentoring others, and contributes to the overall success and growth of our team.
