What will your typical day look like?
As a Senior Consultant, Security Operations ServiceNow, you will lead technical development and project delivery of Cyber Security implementation engagements using ServiceNow’s cyber solutions, to create effective proactive and reactive response and protection strategies for each organization.

You will participate and support in:

1. Play as the Subject matter expert for ServiceNow SecOps capabilities (e.g. SIR, VR, DLP, IRM, TPRM).
2. Act as technical and/or functional consultant on project deliveries and work with client stakeholders to help translate business requirements to technical requirements.
3. Lead the configuration and development of relevant ServiceNow module and work with other developers in the team.
4. Work with the delivery team in developing a solution to meet the customer's needs while improving their current situation, while using your knowledge to participate and support process improvement initiatives.
5. Support proposals, market materials, business promotional events and other market development activities to help grow the emerging demand of Security Operations.
6. Be part of a team of ServiceNow practitioners focused on cyber solutions, mentor, coach and grow the skills within the team.

You are someone who has:

1. 8+ years of experience as a business and or technical management of requirements and delivery of projects as a Business Consultant / Business Development / Pre-sales, and or Project/Program Manager with ServiceNow.
2. Great understanding and deep knowledge of implementing ServiceNow security operations and IRM solutions, integrating other cyber solutions with ServiceNow (e.g. Qualys, Tenable, Kenna, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Splunk).
3. Accountability for ServiceNow deliverables by leading client engagements and teams to successful outcomes with a focus on supporting your team, client needs and generating value.
4. Experience working across various stakeholder groups including end users, functional teams, operations, infrastructure and more to transfer knowledge and resolve problems.
5. Support client pursuits business development efforts including preparing proposals and leading presentations to senior executives.
6. Build long-term business relationships with senior client personnel and executives through engagements and networking in professional organizations.
7. Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform as well as experience delivering ServiceNow implementations is a requirement.
8. Experience working in a client facing role with both technical and functional stakeholders with strong relationship management skills and a passion for client satisfaction and delivery excellence.
9. Established background in carrying out the functional analysis of a project from beginning to completion.

You are someone with:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related technical field from an accredited college or equivalent work experience. Master’s in information systems, MBA, or other is an asset.
2. Certified Implementation Specialist – SecOps, IRM, TPRM.
3. Superior project management and communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate with client stakeholders, work closely in a collaborative team environment, and lead teams and project deliverables is mandatory.
4. Demonstrated ability to develop workshop presentations and process documentation (advanced Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word skills).
5. Flexibility with traveling and meeting clients onsite.
6. Goal oriented, can demonstrate presentation and business solutions to clients with confidence, knowledge, and ease.

Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $125,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
