Payroll HCM Implementation Consultant, with German payroll experience On behalf of our client, Procom is looking for a Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in German payroll legislation, taxation, and employment law. In this role, you’ll support the successful implementation of Dayforce’s HCM and payroll solutions for clients operating in Germany. This is a fully remote contract opportunity through March 31, 2026, with the potential for extension. Responsibilities Lead or support end-to-end payroll implementations for German clients—from discovery and configuration to testing and go-live Translate German statutory requirements (tax, social insurance, reporting such as ELStAM, DEÜV, SV-Meldewesen) into system configurations Partner with internal and client teams to ensure successful, compliant payroll delivery Guide user acceptance testing, resolve issues, and provide post-go-live support Monitor and advise on legislative changes affecting German payroll processes Required Qualifications Strong understanding of German payroll operations, employment law, and statutory reporting Experience implementing or managing HCM or payroll systems in Germany Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex payroll concepts Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely in a fast‑paced, project‑based environment Preferred Experience Experience with Dayforce HCM is a strong asset Familiarity with other platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP, or Oracle HCM Experience in multi‑country payroll environments, with a focus on Germany Fluency in German is an asset but not required Start date : Immediate Assignment length : 5 months with the potential for extension Location : Remote #J-18808-Ljbffr
