Payroll Implementation Lead

Are you an experienced Payroll professional who has experience implementing Oracle HCM? Do you have Time and Attendance experience, knowledge of provincial employee standards as well as formal Payroll education? We're looking for a Payroll Implementation (Oracle HCM) Lead for an initial contract until end of April 2026 with potential for extensions This position can be worked remotely. Advantages Work remotely Contract has a strong opportunity to extend Work on a large scale Implementation project Responsibilities Provide leadership, planning, and direction to the People Forward payroll team Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll Create a positive and supportive working environment Drive forward process and reporting improvements, implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions. Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates. Ensure compliance with federal, provincial payroll laws and best practices. Identify and recommend updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures. Collaborate with the implementation partner and ensure the needs of the CRS are met.
