Product Expert

Product Expert (WildApricot) Join Personify to apply for the Product Expert (WildApricot) role. The person in this role will serve as the first point of contact for all client requests on the Personify Wild Apricot product team. With a blend of technological curiosity, excellent customer service, and advocacy for both clients and product, you will engage with clients to understand and address their challenges, requests and ideas. You will work closely with the Personify Wild Apricot Consulting team, and the Product and Development teams. Overview Personify is a remote‑first company that partners with associations, nonprofits and event professionals. The technology platform includes Association Management Software (ThreeSixty, MemberClicks and WildApricot), Event Management Software (A2Z Events and Registration Tech) and Member Engagement Software (CommUnity, Classroom, Job Board and MemberApp). Responsibilities Build and maintain respectful and collaborative relationships with clients through responsiveness and excellent service. Learn the inner workings of an Enterprise SaaS platform. Triage potential platform issues. Train clients on best practices for using a highly configurable platform. Provide reporting on the status of support cases. Work with the Product Development team to address bugs and advance the product. Qualifications Relevant work experience is preferred. Strong technical skills with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Outlook. Experience with HTML and CSS. Familiarity with SQL is desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with all levels of staff. Capability to manage up and appropriately escalated issues. Prior experience supporting software applications is desired. Experience with trade associations or professional societies is a plus. Aptitude for multi‑tasking, prioritizing, staying organized and managing time. Capacity to handle difficult situations in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to translate technical jargon for non‑technical clients. Independent critical thinking.
