On a typical day, you will converse with the model on real‑world production scenarios and technical video questions, verify factual accuracy and creative consistency, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in film, media production, communications, or a closely related creative field is ideal; Professional production portfolios and experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and familiarity with studio and field production signal fit. Clear, metacognitive communication—“showing your work”—is essential.
