The Role:

We’re looking for a Brand Strategy Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the strategic advisor and point of contact for our advertising brands & clients, helping them leverage our Campaign Manager product to achieve their marketing goals. You’ll provide execution-focused strategy, guide clients on marketing best practices, and ensure the success of their campaigns by supporting the execution, coordination, and reporting side of the campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the primary relationship manager for key brand accounts.
  • Help develop marketing strategies and campaign plans based on client objectives.
  • Guide clients on best practices for campaign execution using our platform.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Identify growth opportunities, upsell additional services, and drive client retention.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, marketing strategy, and digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of media buying, brand partnerships, and influencer marketing.
  • Ability to translate marketing objectives into actionable campaign strategies.
  • Excellent client communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing marketing performance metrics.
  • Highly creative thinker & an out-of-the-box solution provider.
  • Proven ability to sell and upsell marketing solutions to brands.

Qualifications:

  • Market Research and Research skills.
  • Marketing and Marketing Strategy skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in account management or similar roles.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience in the sports or entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Experience at a media and/or marketing agency.
  • Experience with meta & tiktok ads managers is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
