Take your ambitions to the next level and discover your next exciting challenge with usYour role, your impactAs a detail‑oriented Quality Coordinator, you’ll be assisting the Quality Manager in the implementation of our quality management strategies. You’ll be offering quality support from the planning stage to the completion of the process.Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions to quality issues;Identify and record quality problems;Analyze statistical data as required;Assist in quality internal audits;Resolve any issues and discrepancies;Work cross functionally with internal business units and coordinate with external clients;Comply with the rules and regulations of the company;Coordinate quality training sessions as required;Maintain records as required.Keys to your successBachelor’s degree in engineering, science, computer science, math, or any relevant field;Proven work experience as a Quality Coordinator, Quality Assurance, or a similar role in consulting services;Proven experience with interpreting statistics and research data;Proficiency in computer applications: Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate;In‑depth knowledge of the quality process;Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001‑2015;Ability to pay close attention to detail;Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment;Excellent communication skills and the ability to make last‑minute decisions effectively.American Society for Quality Control (ASQC) certification.Our offerBalance that works for you: Work‑life balance helps us stay at our best.
