This role centers on full ownership of the marketing website and brand visuals, collaborating closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience. You will play a pivotal role in designing, updating, and optimizing the marketing site using Framer, while also producing digital campaign assets, social media graphics, and other branding materials. The position is fully onsite, offering the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where your creative direction will directly influence the company’s growth and public presence. Deliverables Design, build, and maintain the marketing website using Framer, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility across devices Develop and manage the brand’s visual identity, including digital assets for campaigns, social media, and product launches Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align creative output with business objectives and marketing strategies Produce high‑quality graphics and layouts for web, email, and social platforms Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and colour schemes across all materials Implement web development best practices, including basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Regularly update and optimise site content to support growth marketing initiatives Requirements Proven experience as a web and graphic designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and digital campaign work Proficiency in Framer, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics) Experience working with growth marketing teams and supporting fast‑paced, iterative campaigns Strong understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and user experience principles Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Full‑time onsite availability in Montreal is required Ability to work independently and take creative ownership of projects About Twine Twine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
