The Licensed Automotive Service Technicians are eligible for an 80‑hour bi‑weekly draw on productivity. As a Licensed Technician, you will be involved with continuing your education and training to become a Master Technician. Our Automotive Service Technicians are an integral part of our day‑to‑day business. The Technician is responsible for vehicle diagnosis, repair and maintenance. And much more to discover Job Duties Perform maintenance and repairs on vehicles and vans as assigned. Diagnose the source of any malfunctions and perform repairs. Qualify all vehicles for warranty coverage prior to performing warranty repairs. Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required. Perform road tests using safe driving standards. What We Look For Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician License. Valid driver’s license (Class G) with a clean driving record. Dealership experience required. Experience with German brands preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in a technician position preferred. Strong aptitude for technical/mechanical repairs. Motivated, hardworking and a team player. Good time‑management skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
