Responsibilities Deploy and manage Murex Software needed for Murex client projects using Murex tools and scripts. Perform basic smoke tests before delivering the needed products. Act as a first-level support for already deployed Murex products, re‑directing and following the issues with the corresponding support teams. Perform system health checks and diagnostics (RAM, CPU, processes, etc.) to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Automate routine tasks. Convert a customer database: perform database sanitization and purging procedures; execute migration sequence and stabilize. Set environment and configuration management methodologies, conversion processes, communication workflows, and needed templates and documentation. Customize and document the installation and the conversion/upgrade procedures. Deliver needed training and best practices for Murex clients and project teams. Manage internal streams: contribute to creating tools, measure related KPIs, and analyze potential issues. Ensure good collaboration with the project team and the customer. Capitalize on issues not related to a specific client. Contribute to product evolution (feedback to product teams, follow‑up on defects and issues). Technical Skills Degree in Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology Engineering (or related discipline). Experience with scripting languages. Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of technical machine specifications. Knowledge of XML manipulations. Knowledge of UNIX operations with hands‑on expertise in command‑line operations. Knowledge of RDMS operations. Understanding of the financial markets. Skills Description Strong working knowledge of Murex configuration and environment management. Strong knowledge of scheduler software (e.g. Tidal, Autosys, JAMS, …etc.). Good understanding of MXTest. Good product knowledge/understanding in IRD, CRD, EQD, FXD. Good understanding of workflows, operations, fixings process, confirmations, and trade life cycle. Strong functional and technical understanding of Murex. Good knowledge of the different post‑trade interactions between the various actors of capital markets including service providers. Requirements Previous experience, minimum 2 years, with Murex environment management. Strong personality, logical and analytical skills. Detail‑oriented, a quick learner and self‑starter. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong organization skills. Good SQL, Unix, scripting, Sybase and Oracle skills.
