Senior Full-Stack Developer

ODAIA is a remote‑first organization that helps pharma commercial teams grow their brands by turning complex data into personalized insights through AI. Our SaaS AI platform enables commercial teams to understand their customers (HCPs), predict prescribing behaviors and make informed decisions that bring therapies to patients faster. The Senior Full‑Stack Developer will build and maintain custom features, configurations, and integrations to enhance the ODAIA platform for enterprise clients. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand client‑specific needs and deliver high‑impact customizations while maintaining scalability and performance. What you will do Work with the product team to understand product strategy and roadmap. Collaborate with engineering and ML engineering teams to leverage data science capabilities, cloud infrastructure, and other components to solve end‑user problems. Manage backlogs, prioritize stories and improvements. Analyze, utilize, and act on data insights presented through instrumentation. Consult with product and design on the best visualizations and experiences. Facilitate inter‑team and cross‑functional collaboration, and devise new ways to leverage instrumentation reporting for product development. Balance production and rapid prototyping needs in a fast‑paced environment using agile practices. Encourage, mentor, and coach members of the product development team. Assist with setting up best practices and develop technical and product domain expertise. What you bring 5+ years of experience in a full‑stack role with strong hands‑on coding skills. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object‑oriented design, functional design, and other design principles/patterns. Experience with React and TypeScript. Experience with RESTful APIs, third‑party API integrations, and database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). Experience in the AWS stack or an equivalent cloud platform. Understanding of data science or data analytics is highly beneficial. A pragmatic, delivery‑oriented mindset—you know how to ship clean code that solves real‑world problems. Experience supporting enterprise customers with custom implementations or workflows. Excellent communication skills; comfortable working cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and copes effectively with complexity and ambiguity. A continuous learner who seeks and welcomes feedback to improve yourself and your craft.
