WHAT’S ON OFFER We’re looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Developer to build and maintain custom features, configurations, and integrations that enhance the ODAIA platform for enterprise clients. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and deliver high‑impact customizations while maintaining scalability and performance. WHAT YOU WILL DO Work with the product team to understand product strategy and roadmap. Collaborate with engineering and ML engineering teams to leverage data science capabilities and cloud infrastructure. Manage backlogs, prioritize stories and improvements. Analyze data insights from instrumentation and translate them into action. Consult with product and design on the best visualization and experience. Facilitate inter‑team and cross‑functional collaboration and propose new ways to use instrumentation reporting. Balance production and rapid prototyping in a fast‑paced, agile environment. Encourage, mentor, and coach members of the product development team. Assist with establishing best practices and develop technical and product domain expertise. WHAT YOU BRING 5+ years of full‑stack experience with strong hands‑on coding skills. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP, functional design, and design patterns. Experience building APIs using Python, JavaScript/Node.js, Java, or .NET. Proficiency in React and TypeScript. Experience with RESTful APIs, third‑party integrations, and databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. Experience in AWS or an equivalent cloud platform. Understanding of data science or analytics is highly beneficial. A pragmatic, delivery‑oriented mindset with a focus on clean code. Experience supporting enterprise customers with custom implementations or workflows. Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration. Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and cope with complexity and ambiguity. A continuous learner who welcomes feedback. Grand vision, low ego, and ability to make a big impact.
