This is a non‑technical role Position Overview We are looking for a full‑time, bilingual (French/English) Associate with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience who will proactively service and support our contractor/supplier clients and lead the management and growth of customer accounts. Training & Rotation 12‑week training program at our headquarters in Dallas, Texas – 8 weeks focused on soft skills, customer service excellence, and ISN products and services; the remaining 4 weeks focused on new business development and account management. Post‑training rotation to the Client Development team where you will engage directly with stakeholders and executives of hiring client companies, generate business growth through account expansion and new client prospecting, assist with client implementation, and take on increasing responsibility within a collaborative team environment. Up to 50% travel for in‑person meetings, events, and presentations after initial training. Primary Responsibilities Field incoming calls and inquiries; perform inside sales. Help customers navigate ISNetworld (our product) in French and English. Provide employees with knowledge and skills needed for success within the company. Work with a mentor for guidance and support. Respond to inbound calls, manage customer requests, and resolve issues. Analyze customer service processes proactively and propose process improvements. Participate in implementation of sales and marketing projects. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients. Present software demonstrations via phone, virtual meetings, and in‑person. Compensation Base pay of $83,000 CAD annually with opportunity to earn up to $11,000 CAD in target incentives if goals are met. Total annual compensation up to $94,000 CAD.
