Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Program Analyst for an assigned Program Management Office (PMO), exercising broad responsibility for executing organizational programs.
  • Coordinate programs across DLA Information Operations, Program Executive Office (PEO) staff, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and accountability among programs, projects, and initiatives.
  • Interpret complex policies and apply them to specific program objectives to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
  • Identify areas where deploying agencies require specific assistance and coordinate across programs to obtain necessary support.
  • Provide cradle-to-grave support to Acquisition and Budget Management processes, including service contracts, to ensure consistency with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the administration of contract management life cycles for OT/IT support services and technology contracts, including Contractor Performance Assessments Reporting System inputs, Performance Work Statements, Statements of Work, Independent Government Cost Estimates, contractor performance reviews, proposal development, and bid evaluations.
  • Analyze information and present it in a clear format for briefing and distribution to J62 organizations and the PEO office.
  • Establish and maintain communication exchanges between assigned PMOs, peer PMOs, and deploying agencies/organizations.
  • Review congressional inquiries, make noted changes for compliance, and submit them to management for final approval.
  • Develop strategies to achieve short- and long-term organizational goals, manage programs, and provide sound conclusions and recommendations based on reliable data.
