One opportunity is a temporary 12-month position and the other is a temporary 18-month position.We are seeking skilled IT professionals with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administration, maintenance and support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O application. The role involves ensuring the system’s optimal performance, support, security and reliability. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, BI reporting and SQL.Responsibilities:Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Dynamics 365 F&O and other integrated finance applicationsAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&ODesign, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to meet business needsAssist with the implementation of integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systemsCollaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other IT team members to ensure successful project and enhancement deliveryTroubleshoot system behavior anomalies, determine root cause, and the appropriate technical resolutionPlan and execute system upgrades and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to business operationsStay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates to recommend improvements and optimizationsFollow change management processes, including the creation and review of change requestsEnsure compliance with security policies and best practicesCreate and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes and proceduresProvide operational activities when required after-hours and on weekendsRequirements:5+ years professional experience administering ERP systems with a specialization in Dynamics 365 Finance and OperationsStrong knowledge of D365 F&O, business analysis, system configuration, and data management.
