About The TeamThe Visual & Interactive Design Specialist supports the creative team in producing visual content across multiple media and projects, including websites, social channels, newsletters, print, event branding, video, and presentations. You will collaborate with the Creative Senior Manager and Global Corporate Marketing team to deliver high‑quality marketing collateral that aligns with brand strategy. What You Will Do Design engaging marketing collateral across multiple platforms: websites, social media, landing pages, newsletters, print booklets, event booths, videos, and presentations. Proactively evolve Kinaxis’s brand across all mediums working closely with Design, Marketing, and cross‑functional teams. Collaborate with teams to ensure collateral is clear, understandable, and visually compelling. Stay current with design trends and best practices. Partner with the Creative Team to maintain a cohesive brand across all marketing touchpoints, including illustrative, typographic, and motion graphics work. Scale brand guidelines and content, pushing strategic boundaries. Provide design feedback to internal teams and partner vendors on local and global marketing initiatives. Partner with Communications, Content, Product, and Events teams to scale brand moments through content. Seek and give feedback to continually improve design quality. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field. 3–4 years of brand design experience (agency, brand, or both). A portfolio site with work samples and descriptions of contributions. Articulate, concise communicator with the ability to incorporate input from others. Empathy, active listening, and confidence to provide recommendations. Analytical skills with an inventive approach to problem solving.
