What You'll Do Act as a key resource and support role for the Pricing team regarding the daily activity of shared accounts Review letters of credit, identify changes and communicate with Credit department, bank, and customers as necessary Collect and analyze data as well as generate reports and presentations used by management to enable departmental decisions Maintain required documentation, approvals, and database for adhering to the Sales Contract Policy Provide leadership, mentorship, training, and backup support across critical pricing operations on an as needed basis, including contract management and loading notice posting Oversee the full price adjustment lifecycle, from creation to payout and reporting, while ensuring audit readiness and compliance with internal controls Process Agripay submissions, manage monthly, quarterly and yearly warehouse payouts, and support SOX controls audit requests as needed Generate and analyze data‑driven reports for Month‑end and Year‑end activities across departments using advanced tools such as SAP, SAP HANA, and Nutrien Experience Site Execute complex master data changes while maintaining documentation compliance and accuracy standards Act as a liaison between Customer Experience, Finance, and Sales to ensure alignment and transparency in all pricing activities Lead and support knowledge transfer and training programs to ensure team‑wide understanding of pricing systems, documentation protocols, and system workflows Drive continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and automation opportunities in pricing operations and reporting Responsible for exception based, complex transactions as directed by their Leader Possess strong problem resolution and analytical skills along with the ability to exercise independent decision‑making within established guidelines What You'll Bring Ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Logistics or related four‑year degree 6-8 years business experience Preferred experience or background in Agricultural Commodities, Industrial Chemicals, and Finance is beneficial, but not required Solid understanding of Customer Service and Billing processes and procedures and how transactions flow through and report in the various systems Ready to make an impact with us?
