The Product Information team is an integral part of a software development team that strives for perfection and is committed to success. Technical writers contribute to products by creating sophisticated technical content across Content Management, Business Networks, SMBC, Cybersecurity, Digital Experience, Analytics, ADM and ITOM suites.Your Impact:As a technical writer at OpenText, you champion clarity in language and good documentation practices, continually looking to improve the content and the customer experience. You contribute to planning and writing concise and accurate help content to assist customers in adopting and working effectively with OpenText’s industry-leading Information Management products. In this role, you will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Product Design, UX Research, Customer Support, and various cross-functional teams to define documentation goals, prioritize tasks, and contribute to the overall customer experience.
