Schedule: 8:00am to 4:00pm Responsibilities Bring artwork to life by building accurate, print‑ready files that meet our high production standards. Spot and solve file or layout issues before they hit the press — quality is your signature. Follow brand guidelines and production specs to ensure every project is on point for size, color, and consistency. Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and production teams to keep workflows smooth and efficient. Maintain organized files, clear documentation, and impeccable attention to detail. Share your technical know‑how and support your teammates in continuous improvement. Stay safety‑minded and adaptable — ready to jump in and help meet tight deadlines when needed. Qualifications Proven experience creating accurate, print‑ready artwork in a fast‑paced production environment. Strong problem‑solving skills to catch and fix file or layout issues before printing. Solid understanding of brand guidelines, color management, and production specifications. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and print workflow software. Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and file management skills. Team player who can share expertise and support colleagues in improving processes. Safety‑conscious, adaptable, and ready to handle tight deadlines with a positive attitude. Diploma or equivalent in Graphic Design, Prepress, or related field preferred.
