What You’ll Do Source small- to mid‑sized businesses ready for a better benefits solution. Reach out via phone and email to spark interest. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales advisors. Keep things organized in our CRM and stay on top of follow‑ups. Collaborate with teammates and share best practices to hit goals. Clear Career Path We offer a clear progression path, with increasing base pay and bonus potential as you grow: Level 1 – $47,000 base + uncapped monthly bonuses averaging $1,200. Level 2 – $52,000 base + uncapped monthly bonuses averaging $1,800. Level 3 (Senior) – $57,000 base + uncapped monthly bonuses averaging $2,500. Work Perks Fully remote (within Nova Scotia).
