Job Summary

Now, if you were to come on board as our Accessibility Specialist, Contract we'd ask you to do the following for us:
  • Uplevel and coach the product organization on accessibility best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate accessibility into all stages of product development.
  • Partnering with Design Management to communicate the state of accessibility at Compass Digital on a regular basis.

Think you have what it takes to be our Accessibility Specialist, Contract? Here's how we'll know you'll be successful in the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Accessibility Studies) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in accessibility analysis, including knowledge of WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and related standards.
  • Experience working with assistive technologies and conducting usability testing with users of diverse abilities.
  • Experience with accessibility testing tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with legal requirements related to accessibility (e.g., li>
