Responsibilities Identify knowledge gaps, collaborate with subject matter experts, and translate complex technical content into clear language for audiences of all skill levels. Ensure knowledge articles remain current and accurate. Collaborate with business groups and stakeholders to assess communication needs and develop plans and solutions. Recommend and implement communication strategies and solutions aligned with company standards. Support change management communications and plan events or conferences as required. Maintain article rating of four stars or higher; retire articles when no longer needed. Identify gaps in Virtual Agent content, review conversations, and coordinate updates. Continuously seek improvements in communication processes and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Key Qualifications 4–6 years of relevant experience and a post‑secondary degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong writing and editing skills; ability to distill technical content into key messages. Experience with ServiceNow/Virtual Agent and Microsoft 365 technologies such as SharePoint. Excellent verbal and written communication; strong collaboration and problem‑solving abilities. Familiarity with authoring tools and data‑driven decision making. Adaptable and eager to learn new communication tools and trends.
