If you have this same drive, then let’s talkPurpose of the RoleWe have an exciting co‑op opportunity within our Client Services team for a student in their 3rd or 4th year of post‑secondary studies specializing in Finance, Economics, or Business. This role is ideal for someone eager to apply their academic knowledge in a professional setting while contributing to a dynamic, client‑focused environment.The Client Service team is responsible for providing exceptional service to our high‑net‑worth clients. The team is collaborative and client‑focused, and utilizes exceptional communication, problem‑solving and relationship management skills and in‑depth product and industry knowledge to provide excellent service to clients and our advisors.This position is an 8‑month co‑op term starting in January 2026 and ending September 2026. The location will be a hybrid of work from home and an in‑office environment at our Vancouver or Toronto offices.Core ResponsibilitiesEnsure client accounts are compliant by completing regulatory required documentation.Provide administrative expertise and deliver a high level of personalized client service.Execute on client requests for non‑financial changes.Liaise with custodians and insurance carriers to execute on client requests in a timely manner; proactively escalating where necessary to ensure strict adherence to service level agreements.Maintain client data and perform data integrity checks for quality control.Required Skills & QualificationsEnrolled in 3rd or 4th year of studies in a post‑secondary degree or diploma in Finance, Economics or Business.Exceptional attention to detail and consistent highly accurate work.Strong client service / client relations skills and prior experience.Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Experience and/or keen interest in the financial services industry.Experience with a CRM database.Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).Compensation & Benefits PackageOur co‑op positions offer a competitive market salary of $26 per hour, along with additional benefits.
