  • Project management:
    Oversee engineering and manufacturing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This includes defining project goals, creating schedules, and coordinating resources.

  • Quality control:
    Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards to ensure products meet or exceed industry and company standards.
    Continuously analyze and improve production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs and increase product quality.
  • Budget management:
    Develop and manage budgets for engineering and manufacturing projects, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Risk management:

  • Regulatory compliance:
    Ensure that all manufacturing and engineering activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
    Work with research and development teams to take new products from concept to production, reviewing design, feasibility and manufacturing processes.
  • Supply chain management:
    Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure a continuous flow of raw materials and components required for production.
    Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of components.
