We are a GP/ER hybrid - open all day and staffed all night as well Candidates will get exposure to everything GP related (vx, ears, wellness checks, etc) as well as urgent care, emergency care, intensive and critical care This allows students to really figure out where their strengths and passions lie, in an extremely supportive team.NVA Canada’s VT Practicum Program offers final-year veterinary technician students the chance to gain real-world experience in a supportive, dynamic environment. Work alongside experienced veterinarians and RVTs to develop your clinical skills in patient care, laboratory procedures, anesthesia, surgical assistance, radiology, and more. Enhance your communication abilities with medical teams and clients, preparing you for a successful career as an RVT. Practicums range from two to eight weeks, fitting your schedule and career goals. Eligible students—those enrolled in an accredited VT program in Canada and completing their final practicum in their final year—can receive a stipend to help with travel expenses, allowing you to focus on learning without financial worries.At NVA Canada, diversity and inclusion are an important part of our everyday reality.
