In this role, you will be responsible for managing expectations for your team and ensuring exceptional client service is provided. You will assist your existing clients by identifying and evaluating new business opportunities. Additionally, you will be committed to the development of your team and take pride in the work you and your team produce.Reports to: Senior Manager/PartnerResponsibilitiesManages and prioritizes multiple engagementsResponsible for all aspects of client serviceProduction and billing managementAdvises, coaches and supports team membersActively supports and participates in firm wide initiativesParticipates in the firm’s Team Development and Performance Management ProgramPromote the firm’s system of quality controlQualificationsCPA designation with a minimum of three years post qualification experienceSignificant audit and assurance experience working with Canadian Auditing Standards, and Canadian Standards on Review EngagementsTechnical expertise in ASPE and ASNPO financial reporting frameworksStrong depth and breadth of technical knowledgeSound professional judgementStrong client relationship and client advisory skillsStrong Mandarin and English communication skills - written and verbal.Experience in delivery of quality client serviceExperience adhering to internal firm processes and controlsStrong interpersonal and relationship building skillsDemonstrated experience leading, coaching and mentor team members (minimum 3 years experience)Experience producing and presenting technical training materials to firm membersCompensation & BenefitsAre you looking to join a firm that values your well-being and professional growth?
