We have a trusted team of accountants and associates that provide ongoing support on a full‑time, part‑time, permanent or contract basis. We pride ourselves on our client‑focused approach and are looking to expand our reach in the community and connect with scaling businesses. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Part‑Time Business Development Associate to help us identify new business opportunities and grow our client base. This retainer‑based, combined with commission role, allows for flexibility. Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, social media, and referrals. Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their accounting needs. Present our services and tailor solutions to meet client requirements. Work with existing clients to develop relationships and layer products and services, or contract extension. Collaborate directly with fractional employees, subcontractors, and our internal account managers to scope engagements and understand client needs. Develop marketing strategies and promotional materials. Track leads, manage your sales pipeline, and report on progress. Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or business development; experience in accounting or financial services is an asset. Project management experience would also be considered. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to be professional yet candid.
