ClientExperience Coordinator (Bilingual – English/French) Genier Financial Services Inc. is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy ClientExperience Coordinator to support day-to-day office operations and deliver an exceptional client experience in both English and French. You’ll juggle varied tasks throughout the day, shifting smoothly between priorities while keeping communications and workflows running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients with professionalism; answer and route calls and emails. Perform general administrative duties (filing, scanning, scheduling, mail/courier). Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Handle client inquiries and correspondence in English and French. Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors. Use office software and tools to streamline processes and improve workflow. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed. Qualifications Bilingual (English/French) – excellent verbal and written communication in both. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills. Clear, professional communication and client-service mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy; comfortable learning and using office management software/tools. Preferred Experience in an administrative, client service, or office support role. Knowledge of office technology and best practices for administrative efficiency.
