This is an exciting opportunity to begin a career in Commercial Insurance. You will learn all aspects of handling claims by following Zurich's best practices. Program Details The program starts in June 2026 and includes onboarding within the local office, classroom training, and on‑the‑job development over a 12‑month period. You will progressively build your skills as you are introduced to more complex claims, case studies and skill‑building exercises. After initial training you will handle low‑complexity claims. The program is structured to give you the technical and real‑life perspective to understand the “Zurich Way of Claims.” Responsibilities Provide high‑level customer service to insureds and claimants within defined limits of authority. Handle low‑complexity claims and participate in case studies and skill‑building exercises. Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve claims efficiently. Required Qualifications Completed bachelor’s degree. Ability to obtain and retain required Adjuster license. Legal eligibility to work in Canada. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Claims or the insurance industry. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. Leadership and involvement in extracurricular activities. Corporate internship or work experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, writing and decision‑making skills. Excellent time‑management and Microsoft Office skills.
