The Opportunity

The Download Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service to our internal and external affiliates displaying strong written and verbal communication skills. They will deliver the highest standard of review, assignment, and processing of the various facets of Download including but not limited to Policy Suspense, ADI Suspense and EDOC suspense.

Download Support Specialist provides informative communication and support with Team Lead, Management and Executive members relating to production and download. Maintains the highest level of professionalism to our internal and external affiliates displaying strong written and verbal communication skills.

Full-Time career working out of our Winnipeg Head Office branch location.

What you will bring to the role –
  1. Post-Secondary Education.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Procedures of EPIC Broker Management System.
  3. Strong team player experience with the ability to work independently.
  4. Great attitude, self-motivated and logical thinker that can work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  6. Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  7. Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel).
  8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Ability to exercise initiative and follow-up skills.
