Details of the position Job title: Administration Technician (Specific Position: Coordination of Summer Exams) School / Centre / Department : Board Office Location : Magog, Quebec Workload : 100% Effective date: July 15, 2024 to August 9, 2024 Salary : $24.21 -$32.32 per hour Supervisor : Director of Pedagogical Services Nature of the work The principal and customary work of an employee in this class of employment consists in performing various technical tasks related to the management of human and financial resources, development and implementation of standards and activities related to administrative operations. As part of his or her duties, the employee may assist professionals and senior staff. Description of tasks Tasks related to this specific position Communication with parents of students needing to retake exams Communication and coordination with teachers concerning exam supervision and correction Distribution of exams Supervision of exams Desired profile Schooling Meet one of the following profiles: Hold a Diploma of College Studies in Techniques de l'administration générale (Business Administration) Hold a diploma in other appropriate technical program for the class of employment Hold a diploma in an appropriate specialty for the class of employment Hold a diploma or an attestation of studies recognized as equivalent by the competent authority Other requirements Bilingual (written and spoken) Autonomous Knowledge of graduation requirements would be considered an asset Knowledge of Office suite and Google Confidentiality Good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organization skills
