Collaborative Practices Facilitator Carrier Sekani Family Services is seeking a Collaborative Practices Facilitator to work in Prince George, BC. The role focuses on facilitating family dispute resolution, providing training, and promoting awareness of dispute resolution services across communities and agencies. Location Prince George sits on the traditional lands of the Lheidli T'enneh First Nation and is the largest city in northern B.C. The city offers a high quality of life, outdoor recreation, and proximity to the University of Northern B.C. and the College of New Caledonia. Core Responsibilities Receive referrals from the Ministry of Children and Family Development, CSFS, community service providers, families, Chief and Council, and hereditary leadership. Contact potential participants, assess suitability, and obtain background information for the program. Develop and deliver training and educational materials to staff, community members, and other agencies about the family dispute resolution process. Promote awareness and encourage the use of family dispute resolution within communities and agencies serving families. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field preferred. Diploma in Social Services or related field required. Minimum two years of experience in child welfare work. Experience with Alternative Dispute Resolution Processes. Experience or certification in Mediation or Conflict Coaching is an asset. Experience interviewing family members and other stakeholders on family functioning. Backgrounds may range widely; applicants with non‑traditional experience are encouraged to apply. Total Rewards The target hiring range for this position is $38.5876 to $49.9719 per hour. Placement within the wage range is based on applicant experience and skills. In addition to base salary, CSFS offers flexible time off, a Municipal Pension Plan (defined benefit with 9.31% employer contribution after eligibility), and extended health and dental benefits. CSFS also supports continuous professional development. Employment Details Full‑time, 35 hours per week. Base pay range: CA$38.59 per hour – CA$49.97 per hour.
