The Opportunity:
The Clinical Practice Lead is responsible for providing leadership to the Registered Nurses facilitating patient care, quality improvement, employee engagement, human resources, and patient satisfaction. The position works collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members within the primary care team, providing comprehensive primary health care to our patient population, and supporting CSFS's vision of integrated services.
- Provides nursing leadership and strategic advice supported by public health sciences and nursing theory to promote, protect and preserve the health populations in an Indigenous context.
- Functions as an experienced clinical mentor, resource, and champion in the delivery of excellent client care to nurses and other team members.
- Collaborates with clinic team leaders to establish priorities for nurse and team learning based on assessments of individual and team learning needs.

What You Will Bring To The Role
- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing and/or Registered Nurse;
- Current practicing registration with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC)
- Completion of a formal program in leadership/management and/or experience in a nursing leadership role preferred
- 5 years' experience in a clinical health setting or cross-cultural health promotion field

Wage Range:
The target hiring range for this position is $ $ per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants' role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
