The company is committed to professional development and offers excellent opportunities for growth.About the RoleAs the Inventory Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating inventory control processes across all Canadian sites. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely reporting, while driving best practices in inventory management within a complex production and manufacturing setting.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain accurate inventory levels across Canadian operations.Lead process improvement and problem-solving initiatives.Supervise and support inventory and scrap yard clerks.Monitor systems for variances, perform audits, and prepare reports for external auditors.Partner with cross-functional teams and contribute to collaborative projects.QualificationsDiploma or degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting (preferred).3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with inventory management exposure.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Kronos, and Oracle.Ability to travel within North America as required.Compensation & BenefitsMedical and dental coverageRetirement plansPaid vacationWellness programsTuition reimbursementOngoing opportunities for professional growth and internal advancementDavid Aplin & Associates Inc., operating as Aplin, and its associated brands, CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment, is an award-winning employment agency connecting diverse, top-tier talent with exceptional organizations across North America.
