Job OverviewAssociate Manager, IT - Transportation at Kraft Heinz. The role focuses on IT activities related to Transportation processes, including deployment optimization, carrier integration, and execution. The position supports SAP ECC/S4 HANA core solutions and integrates with transportation space applications.ResponsibilitiesEngage with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into effective system designs.Lead external contractors overseeing systems project management, implementation, and integration.Communicate project status and system details to senior leadership.Lead joint project teams to shape solutions for system enhancements.Provide expertise in sales order processing, pricing, billing, and delivery within SAP SD.Configure and customize SAP SD modules to align with business processes and optimize performance.Collaborate with ABAP developers to address technical requirements and integrations across the transportation systems landscape.Handle system testing, identify and resolve defects to ensure smooth project implementations.Serve as primary point of contact for project issue identification and resolution.Coordinate on-site project hyper‑care and issue resolution for a smooth transition to steady‑state operations.Document and maintain the project plan using Project NOW.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.Experience implementing large‑scale integration and transformation programs in OTC/STP and ERP systems.Proficiency in project scoping, requirements analysis, solution design, and test planning for large‑scale programs.Knowledge of SAP SD configuration, customization, and integration, especially with transportation management systems.Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).Proficiency in business processes related to sales and distribution.Hands‑on investigation into end‑to‑end IDoc processing and collaboration with middleware teams.Ability to travel as required for projects (~20%).BenefitsBenefits begin immediately upon hire.
