**Position Summary**
Stitch It is Canada’s largest clothing Alteration Company with 54 locations across Canada. We work with large retailers in the fashion industry and are situated in most major malls. Stitch it is instantly recognized as the leader in clothing alterations
We are looking for a confident and experienced Customer Service associate to join our team and work in a fun and fast paced environment.
**Reports to: Store Manager/Shift Manager**
**Responsibilities & Expectations**
- Be responsible for generating sales by connecting with each customer
- Be responsible for fitting/pinning customer’s clothes
**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of sewing and fitting experience
- Must have experience or knowledge using industrial sewing machines
- Good communication skills
- Good command of the English language

**Additional Responsibilities and Expectations**
- Physical requirements include standing, lifting, bending for pinning and concentration when sewing
- Other duties as required and assigned
- Willing to work retail hours which include evenings and weekend
