Global TA Lead - Revenue and North America Join to apply for the Global TA Lead - Revenue and North America role at Resmed. Location Preferred San Diego/US West Coast OR Canada (Remote) West Coast. Key Responsibilities Hiring Strategy and Planning Translate strategic workforce plans and hiring demand plans into a TA strategy and quarterly hiring plans. Leverage existing tools and data to forecast demand, set priorities, and allocate capacity across regions. Define and measure success for candidate and hiring manager experience, candidate quality, time and diversity outcomes. Stakeholder Partnerships Build strong, trusted relationships with the Revenue leadership team and People Business Partners across the globe. Devise and report back on quarterly hiring plans and success measures with regular input from PBPs and Finance. Delivery and Pipeline Oversee req allocation, capacity planning and support the team managing end-to-end delivery for all roles. Partner with Early Careers and Executive Talent Acquisition Leaders to ensure effective delivery into revenue portfolio. Directly manage critical executive hires (Director/Senior Director) where necessary. Identify continuous improvement opportunities across the team. Team Leadership Lead indirect and direct team to build one globally consistent Revenue hiring approach. Set goals, coach performance, and build recruiter capability. Act as a senior leader within the Talent organisation, lead whole of function initiatives and change. Operations and Standards Embed consistent processes for intake, sourcing, assessment and offer processes. Ensure compliance, data quality and documentation in TA systems. Set clear standards and performance expectations across the team. Candidate Experience and Sourcing Champion consistently high quality candidate experience across the team. Embed inclusive hiring standards and diverse slates. Partner with Sourcing and Selection product owner to build sourcing capability across team and ensure sourcing strategies are focused on critical roles. Insights and Continuous Improvement Use data and reporting to track success and drive improvement across the team. Run quarterly retros and engage whole of team in continuous improvement. Build AI fluency within the team, encouraging a culture of curiosity, test and learn to improve outcomes. Experience & Qualifications 8+ years in Talent Acquisition with expertise in customer service, technology and ‘go to market’ domains. Proven leadership of multi-region recruiting teams. Track record building and delivering hiring plans in complex, global settings. Skilled in analytics and executive stakeholder management. Strong command of contemporary sourcing and selection technologies. Experience building outstanding candidate experiences and employer brands.
