About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 11 The Team: The EDO/MI (Enterprise Data Operations/Market Intelligence) team is responsible for delivering critical data solutions and market intelligence capabilities that power S&P Global's business decisions. Responsibilities and Impact: Act as the senior-most Agile leader, guiding multiple scrum teams and stakeholders in Agile principles and delivering excellence across EDO/MI domains Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives, stand-ups) for multiple teams or programs while ensuring alignment with business goals Drive cross-team collaboration, remove organizational impediments, and streamline risks to senior stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum Coach teams and leaders in Agile best practices, servant leadership, and continuous improvement while fostering a culture of transparency and empowerment Oversee delivery pipelines, manage dependencies, and ensure timely rollout of data solutions and market intelligence products Drive strategic initiatives for Agile transformation and process optimization while mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery leads What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or similar role with a proven track record in leading Agile teams or programs Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar methodologies Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence organizational change Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms Demonstrated ability in servant leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution Additional Preferred Qualifications: Agile certifications, including CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent credentials Experience with large-scale Agile transformations and change management initiatives Strategic thinking capabilities with experience in mentoring and developing Agile talent Advanced problem‑solving skills with experience in risk identification and mitigation strategies What’s In It For You?
