We are looking for a Game Project Coordinator Co-op to join our team and gain hands‑on experience in supporting the coordination of our game projects. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Games team to help with day‑to‑day operations for small to medium‑sized projects, assist in project planning and execution, and provide administrative support to achieve our department, team, and organizational goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the successful development of our games. What you’ll do Assist with task tracking, scheduling, and coordination within the Games team. Monitor project tasks and alert senior staff to potential risks or conflicts. Support reporting, documentation, and risk management. Help maintain clear goals, timelines, and basic project deliverables. Create project documents, such as schedules, task lists, design documents, and risk management notes. Maintain a documentation repository for easy onboarding and knowledge sharing. Prepare basic status reports and collect data from team members and stakeholders. Compile meeting notes and actions. Engage with internal stakeholders, including managers and senior team members. Ensure effective communication between project teams and other departments. What you bring Current enrollment toward a Bachelor’s degree. Basic spreadsheet skills (Excel, Google Sheets). Strong communication skills and professionalism. Experience with project management software (Asana, JIRA) is beneficial. Passion for technology and gaming.
