This is where you come in.We are looking for a Game Project Coordinator Co-op to join our team and gain hands-on experience supporting the coordination of game projects. You will collaborate with the Games team to assist day-to-day operations for small to medium-sized projects, help in project planning and execution, and provide administrative support to achieve department, team, and organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesProject SupportAssist with task tracking, scheduling, and coordination for projects within the Games teamMonitor project tasks and alert senior staff to potential risks or conflictsReporting and DocumentationSupport identification of conflicts in schedules, staffing, or resourcesHelp maintain clear goals, timelines, and basic project deliverables for Games projectsAssist in creating project documents (schedules, task lists, design documents, risk notes)Help maintain a documentation repository for onboarding and knowledge sharingAssist in preparing basic project status reports and collecting dataCompile notes and actions from project meetingsStakeholder CoordinationEngage with internal stakeholders including managers and senior team membersCoordinate communication between project teams and other departmentsQualificationsYou're working toward a Bachelor's degreeBasic understanding of spreadsheet applications (Excel, Google Sheets)Strong communication skills and professional interaction across the organizationExperience with project management software or organizational applications (e.g., Asana, JIRA) is beneficialPassion for tech and gaming space is beneficialPerks / Internship DetailsFlexible benefits and reward programs, swag, snacks, and moreThe typical hiring range listed above is specific to candidates located in Vancouver.
