Job Overview Procor Limited, part of the global industrial organization Marmon Holdings and backed by Berkshire Hathaway, is looking for a Human Resource Manager to provide HR support to a business unit or corporate functional area. The role involves recruiting, selection and staffing, employment and personnel documentation, job evaluation, compensation and benefits. The position requires a minimum of five years of experience and a broad supervisory scope. The manager will act as a liaison between departments, line and staff management, the compensation and benefits department, legal counsel and external service providers. Responsibilities Champion local HR process improvement and corporate HR initiatives for two facilities. Assist in identifying current and future manpower needs and develop a hiring strategy to achieve those needs. Manage local recruitment and attendance management. Process hourly and salaried payroll at their respective intervals. Respond to employees’ inquiries and concerns. Administer onboarding process and exit process. Manage hourly team member performance and maintain disciplinary records. Advance workplace morale and core values. Participate in the health and safety committee. Respond to urgent matters that could occur outside of business hours. Travel to Oakville twice monthly. Other related duties as assigned. Pay and Benefits Pay Range: 81,000.00 - 99,000.00 We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and more.
