The bigger picture We’re looking for a motivated team‑player who is member‑service focused to come on board as a part‑time Financial Services Representative in Saskatoon working 25 – 35 hours per week. This exciting opportunity requires flexibility to support our three locations in Saskatoon including six‑day service in some locations. As the first point of contact for our members, you will provide everyday banking services and products to meet members’ immediate needs. Through conversations, you will get to know our members, and assist them in reaching their financial goals. How you’ll be spending your time Assisting members with day‑to‑day banking services such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals and much more Proactively identifying and responding to members’ needs to empower members to achieve what matters to them Learning additional aspects of branch actions from opening accounts and wire transfers, to completing simple credit card applications – to help fill in any gaps on a day to day basis Uncovering opportunities to refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships Adhering to policies and procedures to ensure compliance within the industry The way people describe you An engaging person, who builds trust and working relationships with ease A team player who takes pride in serving our members and creating exceptional experiences A reliable individual that shows up for themselves and the team A communicator, who takes a genuine interest in people and is good at listening A detail oriented individual who is meticulous in their work and values accuracy The experience you bring High School Diploma Experience in providing customer service Experience in cash handling Salary Range $ 22.24 – $26.16 /hour with a 6% Short Term Incentive Target Our employees’ performance and achievements are critical to the success of our members’ credit union.
