Greet customer, identify their financial needs
- Interviewing loan applicants to obtain personal and financial information, examining and analyzing the financial documents and other credit-related information to assess the credit worthiness of the individual and make recommendation regarding loan approval/decline.
- Answer incoming calls in a pleasant, professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about services and policies to customers.
- Grant and process loans to qualified customers quickly and efficiently
- Ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
- Enter transaction information on computer terminals which confirm transactions and makes the necessary entries into the clients account/file record.
- Reviewing and updating the loan file periodically to determine the credit line.
- Preparing weekly and monthly statements on delinquent accounts.
- Prepare and coordinate regulatory reporting.
- Carry out all procedures required to open and close the office.
- Proactively solicit new business through referrals and other technique.
- **Qualification**:

- Minimum Grade 12. College Degree would be preferred. (mandatory).
- One year of Customer Service Representative experience is preferred but not required. (we will train)
- Working knowledge of MS office especially Word and Excel
- Good Communication skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $13.50-$15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saskatoon, SK S7L 0V3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
