Job Description

We're creating a hybrid advice channel powered by advisors and a digital platform at Prospr by Sun Life.

We're partnering with mortgage brokerages across Canada to offer life and critical illness insurance solutions through Prospr.

As a successful candidate, you will support our Products and Partnerships, and Sales and Sales Enablement teams in enhancing overall lead performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic planning and partner strategy development for the business.
  • Develop tactical plans to achieve sales targets for life, health and wealth products.
  • Build relationships with new and existing external partners and provide solutions to address Client needs.
  • Proactively promote Prospr's value proposition to brokers and firms through interactive calls and presentations.
  • Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Effective problem-solving and complaint resolution skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing inquiries from phone and email and multi-task various requests.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in sales discovery conversations and time management.
  • Open to continued education and learning.
